6 DEGREES HEALTH - OUR NEW CLEAN CLAIM VENDOR

Meridian is pleased to share that we will be transitioning from Optum to 6 Degrees Health for our clean claim reviews, with a go-live date of March 4, 2024.

6 Degrees Health will oversee clean claim reviews for Meridian Medicaid Plan, YouthCare HealthChoice Illinois, and Meridian Medicare-Medicaid Plan (MMP).

This transition will be seamless for our provider community and reflects our ongoing efforts to make doing business with Meridian and our family of plans easier. 6 Degrees Health offers providers the ability to submit records via mail, fax, or email.  Medical record request correspondence from 6 Degrees Heath will begin soon and we will provide additional information about the transition closer to the go-live date.
