Cultivating Health Ministries A1C Screening Diabetes Clinic

Cultivating Health Ministries has partnered with Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital and Sacred Heart Catholic Church to bring the Diabetes Clinic. The event will feature A1C screening, cholesterol and blood pressure checks, vision and hearing tests, flu vaccines and more. Meridian & YouthCare will be participating as vendor providing health and redetermination information.
