YouthCare transportation services

Members can get free rides

We want to make it easy for members to access the care and support they need. That’s why YouthCare members can get free rides to care appointments, family visits, and more.

Remember, always call 911 in emergencies. YouthCare transportation benefits are only for routine, non-emergency trips.

The right ride for each member

We’ll provide the benefit that best meets the member’s needs. This could include

  • Gas reimbursement
  • Public transportation
  • A door-to-door trip (if medically necessary)
  • A rideshare service
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) paratransit

We also connect members and their families to resources that help with their general transportation needs. These resources include reduced-fare programs from the Regional Transportation Authority. Contact your GuidedCare Care Coordinator to learn more.
